Returns & Refunds – Chace Racing

At Chace Racing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition you received them, with original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@chaceracing.com before sending anything back.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised products cannot be returned.
  • Products that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer will not be accepted for return or refund.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note: Banks and card providers may take additional time to process and post your refund.

When sending your item back, please include:

  • Your name and address
  • A copy of your order confirmation/invoice
  • The reason for your return
  • For exchanges, please also include re-postage costs (same rate as your original order).
